摘要
集体林权制度改革日益深化,森林资源资产的处置、转让和抵押贷款等经济行为频繁发生,为了探索森林资源评估理论与实务,选取昆明北市林区云南松为研究对象,结合资产评估理论,对云南松商品林林木资产进行评估。
With the deepening of the rence of the economic behavior about reform of collective forest property fight system and frequent occurdisposal of forest resources assets, transfer , mortgage loan and so on, in order to explore the theory and practice of the evaluation on forest resources , this study evaluated the asset of commercial forest of Pinus yunnanensis Franch by taking Pinus yunnanensis Franch as the objective and combining the theory of aset ealuation.
