摘要
分析了并—并和串—并组合式双管正激变换器两个电路的工作原理,介绍了双管正激变换器的两种稳定工作状态及其对应的工作条件,并进行了开关模态分析和仿真分析,结果表明采用LCD无损箝位网络增加了开关管的软关断效果,采用交错并联结构提高了组合式变换器的动态响应速度,减小了滤波器的体积和重量。
Analysis was made to the working principles of two circuits,double tube positive stimulation convertors of parallel-parallel and serial-parallel.Introduction was made to two kinds of stable working status of double tube positive stimulation convertors and their corresponding working conditions.Switch mode state analysis and simulation analysis show that adopting LCD lossless clamp network increases soft switching-off effect of switch tube and adopting crossing parallel structure raises dynamic response speed of combination type convertor,reducing dimensions and weight of filters.
