摘要
为满足用户的功能需求和符合矿用隔爆兼本质安全型掘进机电控设备安全性能,以CPU模块为控制单元核心,I/O模块、ADC模块、通信模块、液晶显示器为控制单元外围设备,构成了控制单元。该控制单元安装在掘进机电控箱中,联机调试已完成。经煤矿实际使用,得到了用户的肯定。
In order to meet the customers＇ function requirements and accord with the electric control safety performance of coal mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe mode driving machine,the control unit is made up of CUP module as the core and peripheral devices such as I/O module,ADC module,communication module and LCD（Liquid Crystal Display）.This control unit has been already installed in the electrical control box of the driving machine and completed the on-line debug.It got the confirmation of the customers after practical operation.
