摘要
随着合成新材料产品如输送带、风筒、塑料管道等在煤矿井下的大量使用,有效预防静电危害显得更为重要,静电检测装置便是研究煤矿井下容易产生静电的材料以及产生静电环境监测不可缺少的仪器设备。重点介绍煤矿井下用本质安全型静电检测装置的工作原理和结构特征。该检测装置通过实验室试验表明,具有精度高、可靠性好、操作方便等特点,能满足设计要求。
In the wake of synthetic new materials such as conveyor belt,air duct and plastic pipe used widely in the underground coal mine,it is important to effectively prevent the harm of static electricity.The static electricity detecting device is a necessary device when research the materials that causes static electricity easily in the underground coal mine and the environmental detecting.It is emphasis introduced the working principle and structure characteristics of the intrinsically safe mode static electricity detecting device.Through the experiment in the lab,the device can meet design requirements and has the features such as high accuracy,great reliability and operating convenience.
