钙钛矿型自燃烧法制备工艺技术研究

摘要 文章通过自燃烧法来制备柴油机钙钛矿型四效催化剂,自燃烧法相比于其他制备方法具有产物纯度高、杂相少及易于操作的特点,并使其催化剂可以降低NOx和颗粒的排放,更好的满足国家排放标准。使用实验室催化剂小样评价装置测试不同配比的催化剂性能,便于催化剂的初选及配方等的基础研究,为其后续的研究开发提高效率。 Auto-combustion is used to prepare perovskite type four-way catalyst for diesel engine. Auto-combustion methods have high purity, less miscellaneous phase and easy to operate that compared to other preparations which can decrease conversion rate of NOx and particulate matter to satisfy national emissions standard better. Use evaluating device of laboratory catalyst sample to test different ratio catalyst which can be convenient for basic research on primary selection and formula of catalyst, and improve follow-up research effectively.
