摘要
目前中国的城市化发展如何?是否能够适应并促进城市发展?基于人口-经济-空间-社会的视角,通过对中国1949年以来城市化发展的演变进程及其特征详细的阐述,再重新度量中国城市化发展状况的基础上,对上述问题进行讨论.研究表明:中国城市化演变进程经历三个阶段四个特征.在城市转型中,中国人口城市化和经济城市化有了明显改善,但存在空间城市化异常增长和社会城市化的忽视的状况,这将不利于城市技术创新,不利于产学研联盟信任环境构建,不利于城市发展创新转型.
Can urbanization adapt to the promotim of the economic development in China with the deepening of urban reform？ The authors gave in detail the Chinese urbanization evolution and features during the period from 1949 to 2008 based on the population-economy-space-social perspective,and re-measured the relationship between urbanization and urban economic development.The evolution of China＇s urbanization development,is divided into three stages with four characteristics.Different stages in the urban development have different characteristics mainly.The paper shows that although China has made great progress in population and economic urbanization,some new problems materialized in the same time,for example,space urbanization abnormal growth of great progress in social urbanization is neglected.This will be detrimental to the city in technological innovation;and not conducive to building the environment of innovation of industry-school-research alliance;and not to the transformation of urban development.
