Combining the safety management and control process of multiple substation primary and secondary equipment technological modification,how to strengthen safety supervision in the process and how to do the equipment acceptance checks before commissioning during the substation equipment technological transformation process were explained,aimed to apply experiences to technical transformation project of substation operation safety management.
