摘要 通过对宁德电厂闭冷水泵进行诊断测试,发现选型裕量太大,扬程偏高,泵效率达不到设计要求,运行工况远离设计工况,制造工艺欠佳,流道对称差。后经过叶片进出口叶型优化、叶轮轴面流道型线优化、叶轮整体流道的优化、提高检修安装工艺等方法,消除了管道振动,降低了厂用电率,实现了节能降耗的目的。 The closed cooling water pump in Ningde plant is tested,the results show that selection margin is too large,pump head is higher,and pump efficiency can't reach the design requirements,operating conditions away from design conditions,manufacturing processes is poor and flow symmetric is difference.Some methods,such as optimizing the leaf blade of import and export,optimizing the impeller shaft type line,optimizing the overall flow of the impeller,and improving maintenance installation process,are used to eliminate the vibration of pipe and reduce the power consumption rate in order to achieve the energy saving purposes.
