长春市中学优秀男子中长跑运动员有氧代谢能力分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the Aerobic Metabolism Capacity Present Situation of the Elite Male Middle and Long Distance Athletes in Middle Schools of Changchun

摘要 对长春市中学优秀男子中长跑运动员进行递增负荷测试,得到其最大摄氧量和无氧阈及其对应的速度、心率。结果显示:经过一个训练周期,运动员的最大摄氧量相对值具有显著性提高,无氧阈速度具有非常显著性提高;无氧阈心率具有非常显著性降低。运动员的有氧能力得到了提高;客观的评价了长春市中学优秀男子中长跑运动员的有氧代谢能力以及本次训练周期的训练效果,能够为教练员合理制定和安排训练计划提供理论依据。 By Changchun middle school elite middle distance runner increment load test,we get the maximum oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold and the corresponding speed,heart rate.The results show:after a training period,the athletes have the relative values of maximal oxygen uptake increased significantly,anaerobic threshold velocity increased very significantly;anaerobic threshold heart rates with a very significant decrease.Aerobic capacity of athletes has been improved;objective evaluation of the Changchun middle school elite middle distance runner aerobic capacity and the training cycle of this training effect can reasonably develop and arrange for the coaches training program provides a theoretical basis.
