摘要
为探讨含Zn笼合物Seebeck系数之间的数量关系,依据最小二乘方曲线拟合理论,寻找了Zn过量2%~9%时β-Zn4Sb3化合物、3种硅、锗基Zn掺杂笼合物与β-Zn4Sb3在Seebeck系数上的定量关系.拟合结果表明,自然指数增长型函数能够完整地描述这4种笼合物于Seebeck系数上的数值关系.理论同实验结果之间具有0.986的最小相关系数和1.45%的最大平均相对误差.
In order to discuss the quantitative relationship among the Seebeck coefficients of clathrates containing Zn,in accordance with the theory of the minimum square curve simulation,the quantitative correlation is explored among the Seebeck coefficients of some clathrates with excess Zn in forms of β-Zn4Sb 3,Ba8Ga16Zn4Si26,Ba8Ga16Zn4Ge26 and Ba8Ga8Zn4Ge34 andβ-Zn4Sb3.The fitting results show that there is one function in the form of exponential growth which can express mathematical relationships among these four kinds of composites perfectly.The minimum correlation coefficient between calculation data and experimental value is 0.986 and the maximum mean relative error is 1.45%.
