嘉兴地区汉族人群脂联素基因多态性与冠心病的相关性研究

Adiponectin Gene Polymorphism in Han People of Jiaxing Region and Its Association with Coronary Heart Disease

以研究嘉兴地区汉族人群脂联素基因多态性与冠心病的相关性为目的,随机抽取302例无亲缘关系的嘉兴地区汉族人群(正常对照人群152例,冠心病150例)作为研究人群,通过DNA的提取,聚合酶链反应及单核苷酸多态性分析技术检测脂联素第2外显子SNP45T/G多态性位点来探讨嘉兴地区汉族人群冠心病与脂联素基因多态性的关系.实验结果显示,对照组的脂联素SNP+45T/G基因型、等位基因的分布频率和冠心病组存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05).嘉兴地区汉族人群脂联素第2外显子SNP45T/G等位基因携带者冠心病的风险较高,在该人群中,冠心病与脂联素基因多态性相关.

For the purpose of studying the correlation between adiponectin gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease within Han population in Jiaxing region,302 unrelated patients were chosen from the Han People of Jiaxing region（152 patients as normal controls,150 patients with coronary heart disease） as the study group.Through DNA extraction and polymerase chain reaction and the SNP analysis technology testing adiponectin second explicit son SNP45T/G polymorphisms sites,we explored the relationship between coronary heart disease and adiponectin gene polymorphism within Han population in Jiaxing region.Experimental results show that there exist differences between the adiponectin group and the coronary heart disease group in the SNP ＋ 45T/G genotypes and the frequency distribution of allele,with statistical significance（P 0.05）.The Han crowds in Jiaxing who are carriers of adiponectin second explicit son SNP45T/G alleles,have higher risk of coronary heart disease.It could be concluded that among the Han People in Jiaxing area,the coronary heart disease and the adiponectin gene polymorphism are related.
