摘要 通过还原Au3+到超顺磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子的表面,成功制备了具有超顺磁性的Fe3O4@Au核壳粒子。经透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-vis)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和共焦显微拉曼仪对粒子进行表征,得到了具有核壳结构粒子,且表面被金壳覆盖。再以苯硫酚为探针分子,结果表明,磁性核壳结构的粒子显示出了优越的表面增强拉曼效应,这为超顺磁性的粒子在生物医学方面的应用创造了条件。 Superparamagnetic Fe3O4@Au core/shell nanoparticles have been prepared successfully by the reduction of Au3+ onto the surface of superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles.The core/shell nanoparticles were characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM),X-ray Powder Diffraction Patterns(XRD),UV-vis Spectrophotometer,Vibration Sample Magnetometer(VSM) and Micro-confocal Raman system.The results revealed that the prepared core/shell nanoparticles were covered by Au shell.The surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) activities of these magnetic nanoparticles were studied by using thiolphenol(TP) as a probe molecule.It was found that the SERS intensity of TP adsorbed on core/shell nanoparticles was strong and could afford new opportunities for biomedical applications.
