摘要
The two intravenous toxicity data for sodium valproate in mice,generated by using classical LD 50 test,were compared.Though there were great differences between the two acute toxicity test in testing time,body weight,dosage,class interval,and death distribution etc.the two LD 50 values were very close (1\^14 and 0\^96 g/kg).It indicated that LD 50 value as an evaluation index is still steady and representative.
