摘要
对硫磺菌(Laetiporus sulphureus)液体发酵菌丝粗多糖进行体内抗肿瘤研究,结果表明:硫磺菌粗多糖对Lewis肺癌的体内最大抑制作用为35.7%,粗多糖组对胸腺和脾脏的影响显著小于环磷酰胺。
The antitumor activity of crude polysaccharide from Laetiporus sulphureus mycelium grown in submerged cultured was determined using Lewis lung cancer-bearing mice as the test model.Inhibitory effects on tumor growth were highest(35.7%) in mice administered 100 mg/mL of crude polysaccharide.However,spleen and thymus indices and animal weights were significant higher in polysaccharide-treated mice compared to positive control mice administered cyclophosphamide.
