摘要
范式更替、研究纲领转换和研究传统演替是三种主要的科学进化模式,大学学科建设的许多现象和问题可以在这一理论语境下得到解释和说明。基于范式更替学说,大学学科建设要为新范式的出现做好制度准备,要抓住新范式所带来的研究机遇;基于研究纲领转换学说,大学学科建设要重视针对纲领"硬核"的基础研究,还要有韧性和毅力来推进研究纲领的进步转换;基于研究传统演替学说,大学学科建设在发展研究传统的同时,也要开创新的研究传统,并关注科学的非累积性进步。
Paradigm alternation,scientific research program conversion and research tradition succession are three major scientific evolution patterns.Under the theory context,many issues of university discipline construction can be explained and illustrated.Base on the theory of paradigm alternation,university discipline construction should make institutional preparations for the presence of new paradigm,and seize research opportunities that the new paradigm brings.Base on the theory of scientific research program conversion,university discipline construction should attaches importance to the basic research that points at the hardcore of discipline,and should have tenacity and persistence to push forward scientific research program progress and conversion.Base on the theory of research tradition succession,in the meanwhile of traditional research pursuit,university discipline construction should develop and initiate new research tradition,and pay attention to the non-accumulation progress in science
