建筑承包商风险评价的灰色关联分析

A Gray Relation Analysis of the Risk Evaluation of the Construction Contractors

建筑承包商面临很多风险,其风险评估指标体系结构是多层级、多因素、非独立递阶的。为了科学评价建筑承包商风险,针对该结构体系,灰色关联分析方法能有效解决系统内指标的赋权问题,得到的综合关联度。通过湖南省张家界市住宅建设项目和道路建设项目的承包商风险调查数据的实证分析,得到住宅建设项目承包商综合风险高于道路建设项目承包商综合风险的结果,并对产生这种结果的承包商综合风险构成的内部和外部因素层的风险指标进行了分析比较。

The construction contractors are faced with many risks,the risk assessment index system structure involves more levels and many factors,and is hierarchically independent.In order to scientifically evaluate the contractor＇s risk in the structure,the grey relation analysis method is used effectively to solve the problems in the system index and get the empowerment of synthesis relational grade.Through the residential construction projects and road construction project together with the contractor risk survey data in Zhangjiajie,Hunan Province,an empirical analysis is conducted.Findings show that the contractor＇s comprehensive risk in residential construction project is higher than that of a road construction project.The external and internal factors of the risk indexes are analyzed and compared.
