Investigation of Hunan Public Social Sports Instructors and the Countermeasures

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法对湖南省公益社会体育指导员的现状进行调查研究及分析,在此基础上试图找出湖南省公益社会体育指导员在队伍结构、指导工作、培训及管理工作等方面的问题并对解决的途径进行了探讨,力求为湖南公益社会体育指导员工作的发展提供一些新思路及建议,并为管理及决策部门政策的制定提供参考。

Based on documents,questionnaire and statistics,this paper deals with the status quo of the Hunan public social sports instructors by way of investigation and analysis.This paper analyzes the problems from such as pects as team structure,guidance,training and management and puts forward countermeasurs against the problems so as to provide new ways and suggestions for the work of Hunan public social sports instructors as well as the administrators.
