摘要
城市道路通行能力是城市道路网规划、道路工程可行性研究、道路工程设计、施工项目后评估、道路交通管理等工作的重要依据。其影响因素众多,但各种因素的影响程度大小不一,需要找到一种通用的度量尺度对影响程度作出统一的衡量。本文以车头时距作为度量通行能力的尺度,通过对各种影响道路车头时距因素的分析,对道路通行能力修正系数进行研究。同时,在静态车头时距模型的基础上,建立了动态车头时距模型,以更好地反应前后车的车速变化情况,进一步分析各种影响因素对通行能力的影响。
Urban road capacity is one important basis in many programs and studies, such as in the planning of urban road network, in the study of the possibility of road engineering, in the design of road engineering, the evaluation after the completion of one construction item, and in the traffic management. Given that there are many influential factors that will affect it at different levels, it is essential to find a commonly-used measure criterion to measure the effect of these influential factors. Based on the analysis of diversified factors which will have an influence on the headway, this thesis studies the correction coefficient of road capacity with the headway as the measurement standard of road capacity. Meanwhile, based on static headway model, this paper establishes a dynamic headway model so that the speed change of the vehicle and the one before or after can be better reflected. And the author believes will contribute to further analyses concerning various factors that will affect the road capacity.
