摘要
比较了α-、β-、γ-环糊精及β-环糊精的离子型衍生物对三种显色反应的作用,结果表明,多数具有增敏作用,增敏率的大小与环糊精空腔的几何形状、高低和客体分子的匹配性、环糊精内腔与客体的疏水作用力、环糊精的浓度及离子型衍生物修饰基团的电性等因素有关;比较了β-环糊精及其非离子型衍生物对Al(Ⅲ)-铁试剂荧光反应的作用,结果表明:体系的荧光强度均显著增大、选择性明显提高。
The enhancing effects of α cyclodextrin, β cyclodextrin, γ cyclodextrin and ionic β Cyclodextrin derivatives on three chromogenic reactions have been studied comparatively. The enhancing effect and selectivity of β cyclodextion and its non ionic derivatives on Al(Ⅲ) Ferron fluorenscence reaction were also compared. The enhancing effects of cyclodextrin and β cyclodextrin derivatives were elucidated in the light of the inclusion effect principle of the cyclodextrins.
