细胞激动素6-糠氨基-9-(2-四氢吡喃基)-9-H嘌呤(PFA)的合成方法研究

Study on the synthetic method for 6-furfurylamino-9-(2-tetrahydropyranyl)-9-H-purine

从磷酸腺嘌呤出发 ,经 4步反应 ,合成一种新的细胞激动素 6 -糠氨基 - 9- ( 2 -四氢吡喃基 ) - 9- H嘌呤 ( PFA)。用于文心兰、非洲菊、大叶花烛等名贵花卉试管苗培植 ,具有较好的壮根效果 ,并成功地诱导出健壮的植株。

This paper reports the synthesis of 6 furfur ylamino 9 (2 tetrahydropyranyl) 9 H purine(PFA) as active cytokinin compound. Its biological activity was determined. The product was used in culturing anthers of oncidium gower ramsey,gerbera jamesoni bolus and anthurium andreanum,calluses have been induced. The chemical structure of PFA was established by 1HNMR and MS.
