摘要
选取高速列车用国产化不锈钢材料4mm SUS301L-HT与1.5mm ENl.4318+2G进行点焊疲劳试验。结果表明,疲劳裂纹源均起始于焊点与母材交界的熔合区及热影响区,沿热影响区切线方向向两侧母材扩展;在循环基数为10^7次下的疲劳极限为2216N,S—N曲线方程为lgN=20.65—4.081gS。
The fatigue properties of spot welding were tested with domestic austenitic stainless steel 4-SUS301L and 1.5-EN1.4318+2G.The results showed that the fatigue crack initiates at the fusion zone and heat affected zone,and spread along the tangent of heat affected zone to both sides of the base metal.The fatigue limit is 2216 N at the number of 10 loop times,S-N curve equation is lgN=20.65-4.081gS.
