摘要 实现焊接过程的智能化控制是未来焊接技术的发展趋势之一,因此开展熔池实时传感与控制系统的研究,具有重要的理论及实际意义。简要介绍了国内外熔池动态过程传感与控制方法的研究现状,分析了各种传感与控制方法的原理及特点,指出视觉传感法是目前最重要的熔池实时传感与检测方法,而焊接过程质量控制正在由经典控制理论向智能控制理论方向发展,并指明将模糊控制、人工神经网络和专家系统三者结合起来。形成综合的新型智能控制系统,是焊接过程智能控制理论发展的方向。 The realization of the intelligent control of welding process is one of the development trends of welding technology in the future, therefore the study on the real-time sensing and control system of welding molten pool has the important theoretical and practical significance. The research status on the sensing and control methods of welding molten pool dynamic process at home and abroad were briefly introduced,and the principles and characteristics of various sensing and control methods were analyzed.It also points out that the visual sensing method is now the most important real-time sensing and monitoring method of welding molten pool,and the quality control of welding process is converting from the classical control theory to intelligent control theory,and the combination of the fuzzy control,artificial neural networks and expert systems to form a new type integrated intelligent control system is the developmental direction of intelligent control theory of welding process.
