摘要 分析了多种国内外碱性焊条药皮渣系,设计了CaO-CaF_2-BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2渣系。用均匀设计的思想方法和计算机软件安排试验。进行了药皮组分对交直流两用焊条工艺性能和发尘量影响的研究,并研制成功环保型交直流两用碱性焊条,其各项指标均达到预期目标:熔敷金属扩散氢(甘油法)含量为2.9 mL/100 g;发尘量为10.27g/kg;-30℃冲击吸收能量为132 J。 The slag systems of basic electrode at home and abroad were analyzed.A slag system of CaO-CaF_2-BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2 was designed for electrode coating.The experiments were designed by uniform design method and computer software.The influence of coating components on the welding fume and the usability at AC and DC welding current were studied.At last,the environmental friendly basic electrode was developed for AC and DC welding current.All performance indexes reach the expected targets;the diffusible hydrogen(glycerol method)content in the deposited metal is 2.9 mL/100 g;the total amount of welding fume is 10.27 g/kg;the impact absorbed energy at-30℃ is 132 J.
