城乡一体化的社会结构分析与实现路径

On the Social Structure of Urban-rural Integration:Analyses and Approaches

本文首先探究了城乡一体化概念以及城乡一体化所包含的具体内容。其次,用社会结构理论视角分析了长三角地区经济社会发展水平,认为长三角地区经济结构已经处于工业化中期阶段,社会结构还处于工业化初期阶段的后期,存在着经济社会不协调、不平衡的状况。第三,实现城乡一体化必须进行必要的社会体制改革,着力改革户籍制度、土地制度、财政体制。

In this paper,the definition and detailed content of urban-rural integration was firstly dealt with.The social development level of the Yangtze River Delta region was analyzed from the perspective of social structure theory.The result showed that despite that a middle stage of industrialization had been already reached in the region,its social structure remained in the later stage of preliminary industrialization with the unbalanced social economy.The author believed that the realization of urban-rural integration must be preceded by the necessary social system reform with the focus on the reform on residence registry,land system and fiscal system.
