我国农业产业集聚与农业经济增长的实证研究——基于蔬菜产业的检验和分析

An Empirical Study of Agri-industrial Agglomeration and Agri-economic Growth:Based on the Test and Analysis on Vegetable Industry

运用面板数据模型,以我国区域化、专业化程度较高,对农业经济增长有较大贡献的蔬菜产业为对象,分析1995年~2008年蔬菜主产区的蔬菜产业集聚对蔬菜产业经济增长的影响;并进一步分析蔬菜产业经济增长对农业经济增长的影响。研究表明,蔬菜产业集聚对区域蔬菜产业经济增长有显著的正向影响;蔬菜产业集聚因集聚经济的存在,吸引土地、劳动力和资本等生产要素供给数量的增加,并促进蔬菜主产区农业结构的转变,推动蔬菜产业经济增长;因蔬菜集聚经济存在外部性,技术溢出成为可能,使蔬菜种植技术传播快、运用广,从而拉动蔬菜经济增长;蔬菜作为主产区的主要产业之一,对当地农业经济增长有显著的正向影响。

With the vegetable industry as an object of study,the paper employs the panel data to study the role of vegetable industrial agglomeration on the growth of vegetable output value in the main vegetable production provinces of China in the period 1995—2008,and future analyzes the effect of vegetable output value on agricultural output value.The results show that the vegetable industrial agglomeration has a significant positive role in the regional vegetable economic growth.The formation of the vegetable industrial agglomeration results in the increase of production factors： inputs-labor,land and capital and the change of the regional agricultural structure,which can promote the regional vegetable industrial economic growth.The externality of vegetable industrial agglomeration facilitates the technology spillovers： the vegetable plant technology is extended quickly and applied widely.Vegetable industry is the one of main agri-industry in the main vegetable production areas.
