摘要
自Halliday and Hasan提出系统的衔接理论以来,学者们分别从理论本身、理论实用性等不同的角度对其进行了研究和完善。尤其是国内一些教师已将其运用于英语写作、阅读、听力的课堂教学中来,并取得了很好的教学效果。但将其运用于大学英语专业学生阅读学习的研究尤其是通过科学实验验证教学效果的研究还不是很多。因此,本文主要通过验证实验假设的方法来证明衔接理论在英语专业阅读学习中应用的可操作性和有效性,为该理论在其他英语学习中的应用和推广提供科学的参考。
Since Halliday and Hasan put forward the English cohesion theory,scholars have carried out relevant studies and improvement on it,such as on the theory itself or on its practicality.Particularly in China,some teachers have applied it in their writing,reading,and listening teaching and have reported good teaching effects.However,nowadays there are still few studies on the application of English cohesion into college English majors' reading instruction,especially studies by means of experiment to examine the experimental teaching effect.Therefore,this paper mainly proves the practicality and effectiveness of the application of English cohesion into English majors' reading study by means of examining the experimental hypotheses,and finally sets up a reference for the application and expansion of cohesion theory in relevant English studies.
