摘要
以四氯化钛为原料,尿素为均匀沉淀剂,用动态开放回流系统的均匀沉淀法制备出锐钛矿型TiO2纳米粒子,并用XRD、TEM等进行了表征,所得产物粒度均匀,大小可控。探讨了部分实验条件对产品粒径的影响。并将普通TiO2与纳米TiO2的降解效果进行了比较。实验表明:普通TiO2和纳米TiO2作为光催化剂,均可以有效地对甲醛废水进行降解,纳米TiO2尤佳。甲醛溶液浓度为52.35 mg/L,纳米TiO2加入量6 g/L,高压汞灯光照3 h,甲醛最大去除率可达56.6%。
Uniform TiO2 nanoparticles particles were prepared by homogeneous precipitation of boiling reflux in open system from TiCl4 solution under different experimental conditions.The products were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The prepared particles were in little size distribution and good dispersion.The degradation of the effect of nano-TiO2 and normal TiO2 were also compared.And using Nano-titanium dioxide is better than normal titanium dioxide.Under the conditions,c(formaldehyde)= 52.35 mg/L,ρ(TiO2)= 6 g/L,t=3 h,the removing rate was 56.6% for 250 W Hg lamp.
