The Analysis and Simulation of Subside Beam Rotation Mechanism

介绍了转向架分离装置总体结构及沉降梁回转机构的工作原理,为了便于分析回转机构的运动特性和动力特性,对该回转机构进行了简化,给出了简化模型的方程和求解过程,对部分方程进行了基于Mathematica软件的仿真分析,结果表明该简化模型有利于直观的分析机构特性,为同类系统分析提供了一定的理论依据。

The working principles of the general structure of the separated equipment of bogie and the subside beam rotation mechanism are introduced in this paper.In order to analyze the kinetic and the dynamical characteristic,the rotation mechanism is simplified and the simplified model and the solving process are given.Simultaneously,the part of equations is giren simulation analysis based on the Mathematica software.And the results show the simplified model is benefit to directly analyze the mechanism characteristic and provides some theoretical basis for the analysis of the similar systems.
