摘要
中央回转接头主要负责整个液压系统管路固定和输送、排除旋转辊筒热传导介质,并防止系统液压管路连接部分在相对旋转时发生干涉。设计通过AutoCAD建立中央回转接头模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件平台,对模型进行一系列静载荷加载、数据分析,并对其进行强度校验,从而选择合适的载荷,为夹具在密封性测试中施加不同预紧力提供依据。
The Central rotary joints are resposible for fixing pipes,transfering and removing the heat conduction medium,furthermore,and prevent the joint parts of hydraulic system pipes from interfering when rotating in the opposite direction.In order to select appropriate loads in different occasions and provide a theoretical basis when fixtures apply loads in the tightness test,the design of Central rotary joints modelled by AutoCAD is loaded,analysed and checked in the intensity through the ANSYS software platform.
