炭黑/蒙脱土并用对HNBR复合材料性能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of carbon black/OMMT co-usage on property of the HNBR nanocomposites

摘要 为提高HNBR/OMMT纳米复合材料的性能,在分析螺杆泵定子橡胶实际破坏形式的基础上,结合各种检测手段研究炭黑的最佳加入份数以及炭黑/蒙脱土材料并用的效果.结果表明:炭黑N330用量对材料的硫化时间影响较小,但能显著提高门尼粘度和邵氏硬度;对HNBR/OMMT复合材料的机械性能、阿克隆磨耗性能及耐原油介质老化等性能进行测试发现,N330加入份数为40 phr时配方综合性能最优;交联密度测试表明,蒙脱土的加入会影响过氧化物的交联作用,应适当增加过氧化物和助交联剂的用量. Based on the investigation of the stator rubber' failure forms, in order to decrease the production cost of the nanocomposite, the HNBR/OMMT nanocomposite was used as matrix, carbon black was used as reinforced material. Combined with more detailed detection methods, the most proper addition of carbon black content was find. Carbon black/OMMT co-usage showed that the addition of N330 has little effect on the curing time of the nanocomposites, but it will increase the shore hardness and Mooney viscosity obviously. When the addition of N330 is 40 phr, the mechanical property, akron abrasion property and the aging property in oil achieve the best balance. The crosslink density test indicated that the exfoliation structure/interlayer structures of layered silicate affected part of the peroxide crossing linking function, so the link density of the material decreased a little. In order to get more excellent property, the dosage of peroxide should be increased.
