钌配合物催化苯乙酮的氢转移还原反应的研究

摘要 在空气气氛条件下,对钌配合物催化苯乙酮的氢转移还原反应作了详细的考察,取得了较好的结果,使反应更加方便快捷。考察了RuCl3、RuCl3/Ln[Ln= 邻苯二胺(简称PDA)、邻氨基酚(简称APO)、邻氨基苯甲酸(简称ABA)、2,2′-联吡啶(简称BIPY)]及RuCl2(PPh3)3 这6 种催化剂对苯乙酮还原为苯乙醇的催化效果。实验表明,在异丙醇作为溶剂及提供氢源的情况下,以少量NaOH 作为助催化剂,RuCl3/APO 催化体系具有非常高的催化活性,产物产率很高。这说明配体邻氨基酚与RuCl3 Hydrogen transfer reduction of acetophenone with propan 2 ol catalyzed by ruthenium complexes were investigated carefully in air.Good results were obtained and the reactions performed more quickly and conveniently.The catalytic behavior of RuCl 3,RuCl 3/L n [L n = o phenylene diamine (PDA); o aminophenol (APO); o aminobenzoic acid (ABA);2,2′ dipyridyl (BIPY)] and RuCl 2(PPh 3) 3 on hydrogen transfer reduction of acetophenone with propan 2 ol was investigated.The experimental results show that RuCl 3/APO exhibits high catalytic activity and the yield of the product is the highest in these catalysts by using 2 propanol as hydrogen donor and NaOH as co catalyst.It is indicated that the APO may complex with RuCl 3 which leads to good results for the hydrogen transfer of acetophenone.
