Spectrophotometric determination of iron in hair with thiocyanate rhodamine B and Tween 80

在硫酸介质中，铁与ＫＳＣＮ 及罗丹明Ｂ形成离子型缔合物，用表面活性剂吐温－８０ 增溶，可直接在水溶液中测定铁。铁在０～３．０μｇ／２５ｍ Ｌ范围内符合比尔定律，其摩尔吸光系数ε６１０＝ ６．４×１０５Ｌ·ｍ ｏｌ－ １·ｃｍ － １。本方法具有较好的灵敏度和选择性，用于人发中铁含量的测定。

In a solution containing H 2SO 4,iron with thiocyanate and rhodamine B forms a soluble ionic associated complex in the presence of Tween 80.The molar absorptivity is 6.4×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 610nm.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~3.0 μg/25 mL iron.The selectivity and sensitivity of this method are good.Finally,iron in hair was determined with good results.
