摘要
在硫酸介质中,铁与KSCN 及罗丹明B形成离子型缔合物,用表面活性剂吐温-80 增溶,可直接在水溶液中测定铁。铁在0~3.0μg/25m L范围内符合比尔定律,其摩尔吸光系数ε610= 6.4×105L·m ol- 1·cm - 1。本方法具有较好的灵敏度和选择性,用于人发中铁含量的测定。
In a solution containing H 2SO 4,iron with thiocyanate and rhodamine B forms a soluble ionic associated complex in the presence of Tween 80.The molar absorptivity is 6.4×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 610nm.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~3.0 μg/25 mL iron.The selectivity and sensitivity of this method are good.Finally,iron in hair was determined with good results.
