依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死60例临床分析

摘要 目的:观察依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床有效性和安全性。方法:采用随机对照试验,选择确诊的ACI患者60例,随机分为依达拉奉治疗组30例及对照组30例。治疗组给予依达拉奉注射液30mg静脉滴注,2次/d,共20d,同时给予银杏达莫注射液20ml静脉滴注及阿司匹林作为基础治疗。对照组除不用依达拉奉外余均同治疗组。治疗前后进行NIHSS评定。结果:两组NIHSS评分均有所改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组,但差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),无明显不良反应。结论:依达拉奉治疗ACI安全有效,能明显改善临床症状,降低致残率。
