子宫肌瘤及全子宫切除术的护理和教育

Nursing and education of uterine fibroids and hysterectomy

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤及全子宫切除术的护理及健康教育方法。方法:对子宫肌瘤及全子宫切除术的女性患者制定护理措施,进行术前、术中、术后护理及出院后的健康教育。结果:所有患者心理状态稳定,配合手术,均康复出院。结论:加强心理护理、积极的健康教育和做好护理干预是手术安全、成功的重要保证,可减少术后并发症的发生,促使患者早日恢复。

Objective：To explore nursing and health education of uterine fibroids and hysterectomy.Methods：Uterine fibroids and hysterectomy in the development of nursing care of female patients,with preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative care and discharge after health education.Results：All patients stable mental state,combined with surgery,were discharged.Conclusion：psychological care and positive health education,good care and intervention,is the surgical safety,an important guarantee of success,can reduce postoperative the incidence of disease,to promote early recovery of patients.
