摘要
劳动关系管理对于协调组织内部关系、提高劳动生产效率以及构建和谐社会具有重要意义。基于理论研究的角度,跨学科地阐释与剖析劳动关系管理基础,从管理学、经济学、法学以及社会学等领域探寻影响劳动关系的内在因素,从而为管理实践提供广域性的理论支持。
Labor relations management is of great importance for the internal relations coordination,labor efficiency improvement,and the harmonious society construction.Based on theoretical research,the basis of labor relations management was interpreted and analyzed in an interdisciplinary way.Intrinsic factors affecting the labor relations were explored in the fields of management,economics,law and sociology,in order to provide the wide theoretical support for the management practice.
