云南—东盟文化服务产业的互动发展

Interactive Development of Cultural Service Industry Between Yunnan and ASEAN

云南在实施建成中国面向西南开放的重要"桥头堡"这一国家战略时,不仅要积极致力于经济硬实力建设,还要凭借自身与东盟毗邻的区域比较优势,积极开展双方在文化和服务方面的合作,以增强自身的软实力。本文首先从制度设计、法律保障和跨文化的冲突与沟通交流三个方面,分析了近年来云南省与东盟在文化服务产业合作中存在的问题,并提出了五点思考。最后,文章结合"桥头堡"建设战略和以上存在的问题,提出了双方在文化服务产业互动发展中应该选择的机制与路径。

During the period of implementing the national strategy which is completing ＂Bridgehead＂ that opened to southwest by China,Yunnan not only must be committed to the construction of economic ＂hard power＂ actively,but also should carry out the cooperation of culture and service by two sides positively with its own comparative advantages among the adjacent regions,which can enhance its ＂soft power＂.Firstly,the article analyses some cultural and service problems which have existed in the cooperation between Yunnan and ASEAN in recent years in the following three aspects： the design of the system,legal protection,cross-cultural communication and conflicts.And then the article also proposes five points for consideration.Finally,the article puts forward the mechanism and path that should be chosen within the cultural service industry and the development of interactive innovation between both Yunnan and ASEAN.
