可吸收螺钉结合跨关节外固定架治疗Pilon骨折

Treatment of Pilon fractures through absorbable screw combined with cross-articular external fixation

目的总结应用可吸收螺钉结合跨关节外固定架治疗Pilon骨折的临床经验,探讨其临床疗效。方法回顾分析应用可吸收螺钉结合跨关节外固定架治疗32例Pilon骨折,本组患者32例中男21例,女11例;年龄22-48岁,平均35岁。骨折分型按照Ruedi-Allgower分类方法,Ⅰ型6例;Ⅱ型16例;Ⅲ型10例。结果对32例患者随访6-12个月（平均9个月）。骨折愈合时间为3-9个月（平均4个月）。按照Mazur标准评价32例骨折中优,16例;良,12例;可,3例;差,1例,优良率达87.5%。结论应用可吸收螺钉结合外固定架治疗Pilon骨折,创伤少,骨折愈合率高,并发症少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the treatment of Pilon fractures through absorbable screw combined with cross-articular external fixation.Methods Analysis using the treatment of Pilon fractures through absorbable screw combined with cross-articular external fixation to 32cases,21 males and 11 females,aged from 22 to 48,the average age is 35 years old.According to Ruedi-Allgower＇s classification,all cases were classified,6 got Ⅰ-type,16 got Ⅱ-type;the other10 got III-type.Results The 32 cases were followed up 6-12 months（average 9 months）.The fracture healing time is 3-9 months（mean 4 months）.According to Mazur standard value ways of fracture healing,the functional recovery was excellent 16 cases,good in 12;fair in 3 and poor in 1,the rate of excellent and good was 87.5%.Conclusion the application o the treatment of Pilon fractures through absorbable screw combined with cross-articular external fixation has exactly effects：less trauma and complications,and high rate of fracture healing.
