欧申快速色谱录井仪配电箱的改进

摘要 录井仪的工作电源由钻井现场发电机提供,由于井场电网复杂,加之近年来井场节能发电机的大量使用,使井场电网的电源质量和稳定性变差,电网中零线带电问题时有发生。虽然录井仪配电系统在电源出现零线带电时能及时自动切断外接电源,保护录井设备的安全,但在欧申快速色谱录井仪实际使用中发现,其仪器配电箱在零线带电情况下的自动保护功能不够完善。通过分析研究提出了优化改造方案,改进后的应用效果表明,录井仪配电系统保护功能得到明显加强。 The working power for the logging unit is provided by the generator at the drilling site.Due to the complexity of the well site network and the extensive use of energy saving generators on the well site in recent years,the well site power quality and stability have become poorer,and the situation of the zero line with electricity in the grid has occurred now and then.Although the power distribution system of the logging device may automatically cut off the external power supply in time when the zero line has electricity to protect the safety of the logging equipment,it was found that in case of the zero line with electricity the automatic protection function of the equipment distribution box is not perfect in the applications of Oshen Fast Chromatography Logging Unit.By deep analysis and study,an optimized improvement plan was put forward.It was proved by the actual use that the protection function of the distribution system of the logging unit has been remarkably improved.
