萝卜缨绿色素的提取与性质研究

Extraction and Characterization of Radish Leaf Green Pigment

研究了萝卜缨绿色素的提取条件及理化性质。结果表明：在３０％ 丙酮水溶液，丙酮及５％ Ｎａ Ｏ Ｈ 水溶液中易于提取，并得到粉状绿色素，得率６．８％ 。该色素在碱性条件下对热、光均具有良好的稳定性。

The physicochemical properties and its extracting conditions of the radish leaf green pigment are reported.The result shows that the extraction can be accomplished by using 30% CH 3COCH 3 H 2O and CH 3COCH 3 and 5% NaOH.The extraction rate was 6.8%.This powdered pigment is stable to heat,sunlight and ultraviolet light under basic circumstances.
