浅论村民自治中的妇女参与问题

On Women Participating in the Villager Autonomy

我国广大农村实行村民自治为农村妇女提供了参与公共事务和公益事业的机会,但是村民自治中存在着妇女参选意识淡薄、当选比例不高,以及农村妇女参政议政的素质与村民自治的要求不相适应的问题,这种结果是由经济、文化和主体因素综合原因造成的。本文提出了加大宣传,营造农村妇女参与村民自治的社会环境和文化氛围,完善相关政策和法律,从制度上确保从制度上保证妇女当选的比例等对策。

The women are provided the opportunity to participate in public affairs and public welfare after the villager autonomy was executed in most rural area of our country.But there are still absent clear consciousness in the election progress.The elected proportion is not high,and the quality of rural women＇s participating in and discussing state affairs and the demand for autonomy is also incompatible,which results from the synthetically reasons,economy,culture and character.This paper puts forward the proposals of tightening propaganda,building social environment and the cultural atmosphere for rural women,improving relevant policies and laws,guaranteeing the ratio of women＇s election in the system.
