摘要
介绍了反力滚筒式制动试验台的总体结构及工作原理,采用虚拟样机软件ADAMS建立了整车和滚筒式制动试验台模型。通过仿真试验,分析了滚筒直径和滚筒表面附着系数对制动力仿真结果的影响,为优化滚筒式制动试验台提供一定依据。
The main structure and working principle of anti-force rolling brake testing platform are introduced.A full vehicle model and rolling brake testing platform model are established in ADAMS.In the simulation,the influence on braking force of the changes in diameter and adhesion coefficient of the roller is studied,providing useful clue to optimize the rolling brake testing platform.
