摘要
以正戊醛和环戊酮为原料，在酸性催化剂催化下进行缩合，直接得到２－戊基环戊烯酮，收率达７８％。２－戊基环戊烯酮再与丙二酸二甲酯缩合，脱羧得到二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯。三步反应总收率５９％。
pentyl2cyclopentanone was synthesized from valeraldehyde and cyclopetanone by condensation reaction with acid catalyst.The yield was up to 78%.Methyl dihydrojasmonate was synthesized from 2pentyl2cyclopentanone and methylmalonate by condensation and decarboxylation.The total yield was 59%.
