护理技能操作中人性化服务训练实践

摘要 目的为高职护理教育提供一种符合现代护理发展需求的人性化护理技术操作训练模式。方法在普通高考护理大专生中进行实验教学研究,按统计学要求随机分为对照组和实验组,在《基础护理学》实训教学中,对照组采用传统方法训练,实验组采用人性化服务、规范化操作,模拟病例仿真训练模式,将人性化护理作为一种训练元素,贯穿整个护理技能训练中。对2组护生的护理操作考核成绩进行分析。结果生活护理操作项目人性化服务考核比较、治疗性操作项目、药物治疗项目人性化服务考核比较,实验组优良率较对照组有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理技术操作中的人性化护理训练十分必要;人性化护理、规范化操作、模拟病例仿真训练模式是一种可行、有效和值得推广的护理技能训练模式;该训练模式对推进临床人性化服务护理模式的实现有积极作用。 Objective To explore an effective humanistic nursing operation for meeting the need of modern nursing development in high-vocational nursing education.Methods Students from the higher nursing school were randomly divided into experimental group and control.Traditional teaching was used in the control.Humanistic nursing,standard nursing operation and case simulation training were used in the experimental group with humanistic nursing stressed throughout the training.Nursing skills of students in both groups were examined and scores were analyzed.Results Compared with the control,the scores of humanistic nursing in daily nursing,treatment-related operation and pharmacological treatment are higher.There was a statistical significance.Conclusion Practice of humanistic service is necessary in nursing skills training.Humanistic nursing,standard nursing operation and case simulation training is a practical and efficacious training mode.It plays an active role in promoting the clinical humanistic nursing.
