摘要
为了发挥分布式电源的环境价值,提出一种采用停电损失和环境成本定量描述可靠性效益的方法,运用成本效益分析理论建立含分布式电源配电网可靠性经济评价的目标函数,寻求配电网中最优分布式电源接入容量的确定。采用二分法算法寻求目标函数的最优解。计算结果表明,考虑环境效益的分布式电源最优接入容量,可使相同投资产生的经济效益最大,同时也验证了所提出算法的有效性和实用性。
The paper presents a method of describing reliability benefits based on loss and environmental cost for the value of distributed generation's environmental benefits,and establishes objective function to use the way of cost-benefit.The best objective function is calculated to adopt dichotomy.Simulation results show that distributed generation can bring the maximum economic benefit considering environmental benefits to seek the distributed generation's optimal capacity,which inspect this arithmetic validity and practicability.
