摘要
介绍了上海东捷建设(集团)有限公司的人力资源管理现状、企业创新、人性化管理的特点以及在企业中开展人性化管理的制约因素。通过借鉴国外的管理理念和成功理念,对企业员工管理中存在的问题进行了剖析,并且就企业人性化管理模式的建立和完善,提出了相应的对策与建议。
This article introduces the present situation of human resource management,enterprise innovation,the characteristics of human-based management and the factors that limit the practice of human-based management in Shanghai Dongjie Construction(Group) Co.,Ltd.Based on the concepts of abroad management and success,it analyzes the problems in human management and proposes suggestion to the establishment and perfection of human-based management patterns.
