摘要
研究了用碳酸氢铵转型并添加大分子助沉剂制备氟化铽的新工艺。考察了HF用量、稀土浓度、反应温度对稀土收率的影响。初步探讨了氟化稀土的沉淀机理,并用透射电镜、X射线衍射、差热-热重等分析方法对氟化铽产品的形貌、粒径、组成进行了测定。
A new technology to prepare terbium fluoride was studied by reacting with ammonium bicarbonate and with macromolecular compound as the precipitating aid.The effect of reaction temperature,HF and rare earth concentrations on the yields of rare earth were studied.The preliminary mechanism of the precipitation is discussed.The component,appearance and grain size of the product were determined by TEM,XRD,DTA and TG.
