摘要 目的探讨烧伤后耳廓缺损的治疗方法。方法总结2003年1月—2010年6月期间25例(25耳)烧伤后耳廓缺损患者,局部瘢痕轻的19例(19耳)采用局部皮肤扩张自体肋软骨支架移植行耳廓再造,局部无正常皮肤的6例(6耳)应用颈部扩张皮瓣上提及自体肋软骨支架行耳廓再造。结果随访6个月~3年,25例(25耳)效果均满意:耳廓的位置、大小和健耳相似;移植的软骨支架无吸收、变形;再造耳廓皮肤色泽红润、感觉正常。结论皮肤扩张法自体肋软骨支架行耳廓再造,疗效满意、并发症少,是烧伤后耳廓缺损较好的治疗方法。 Objective To evaluate a technique for repairing auricle defect after burn injury. Methods Twenty five cases (25 ears) of auricle defect resulting from burn treated between January 2003 and June 2010 were reviewed. Of these, 19 cases (19 ears) with mild local scarring were treated with local skin expansion and autologous rib cartilage scaffold transplantation to achieve auricle restoration. In 6 cases (6 ears) with no usable local skin, auricles were recon- structed with expanded cervical skin flap and autologous rib cartilage scaffold transplantation. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years. Treatment results were satisfactory in all 25 cases regarding position, size and sym- metry to the eontralateral ear. There was no cartilage absorption or deformation. The skin over reconstructed auricle appeared and felt normal. Conclusion Local skin expansion combined with autologous rib cartilage scaffold transplantation for auricle reconstruction produces satisfactory outcomes with few complications and represents an effective treatment for auricle defect after burn injury.
