Windows CE是嵌入式系统中一个重要操作系统,嵌入式产品中的视频功能是应用比较广泛的技术。基于Windows CE操作系统,利用TCP通信协议,创建客户端和服务器,在开发板和PC机之间实现图像传输。

Windows CE is an an important operating system in the embedded system,the video function is used widely in the embedded technology.In contemporary society,the application of video image for more extensive,this research based on Windows CE operating system,using TCP communication protocols,create client and server,in development board and PC between realizes image transmission.
