正畸力作用下人龈沟液MMP-9及TIMP-1的水平变化及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨正畸力作用下龈沟液内基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)水平的动态变化及其临床意义。方法:选择口腔科门诊就诊接受正畸治疗的患者20例。随机分成2组(A、B组),每组10人。分别施加100 g、250 g的远中移动的初始力,在加力前0周及加力后1、2、3、4、5、6、7周收集两组患者龈沟液(GCF),应用ELISA法测定GCF中MMP-9和TIMP-1的含量。结果:A组患者GCF中MMP-9浓度在加力后均持续增高,于3周时升至高峰,4周开始逐渐下降,7周时基本恢复到基线水平;TIMP-1的浓度在加力后1、2、3周均出现增高,4周时开始下降,5周时停止下降,6、7周均维持在高于加力前的水平。B组患者GCF中MMP-9浓度在加力前后未出现明显变化,无显著性差异(P>0.05);TIMP-1的浓度在加力后1周时已出现显著增高,于3周时升至高峰,4至7周持续维持在高水平。A组加力后各时间点GCF中MMP-9浓度明显高于B组(P<0.05);而TIMP-1的浓度则明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-9和TIMP-1在维持牙周组织健康及促进ECM的改建过程中具有重要的调节作用。 AIM: To investigate the dynamic changes of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels in gingival crevicular fluid during orthodontic tooth movement under orthodontic forces.METHODS: Select 20 cases which fit experiment condition.The cases divided randomly into 2 groups,10 cases for each group.The distal forces of 100g and 250 g were exerted to the canine on the one side of two groups separately.The GCF were taken before activation and at 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 week respectively after initiation of the experiment.The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1in GCF were determined by ELISA.RESULTS: The levels of MMP-9 in A group began to increase at 1 week and reached to its peak value at 3 week after initiation of the experiment,but the level returned to baseline at 7 week.The levels of TIMP-1 in A group began to increase at 1,2,3 week and decreased at 4 week after initiation of the experiment,but the level at 6,7 week was higher than that before initiation of the experiment.The level of MMP-9 in A group was higher than that in B group at all times and the level of TIMP-1 in A group was lower than that in B group.CONCLUSION: The level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in GCF may play a importance role in maintaining the health,the regular remodeling of the periodontium and the fast-moving of orthodontic tooth.
