食管恶性间质瘤一例报告 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，58岁。2009年8月主因“吞咽梗阻感2个月”就诊。胃镜检查发现：贲门上方食管可见有结节状隆起，黏膜光整，阻塞食管腔，食管变形狭窄，胃镜尚能通过，考虑为食管黏膜下肿物，平滑肌瘤可能性大（图1）。术前CT发现左侧后下纵隔肿物10．8cm×9．4cm，呈不均匀强化，
